Vision, Ethos and Values

Vision

Our vision is to remove barriers to learning, build partnerships, raise achievement and become a valued and integral part of our local and wider community. 

Ethos

We are an inclusive school and we actively celebrate our rich and diverse community. We recognise the importance of developing a child’s character, nurturing their talents and inspiring their creativity. We always encourage children to be proud of who they are and recognise what they can achieve when they believe in themselves.

Values

Our values of belonging, respect, compassion, collaboration and ambition underpin everything we do and have been identified and developed by the whole school community.

The following definitions of our values were written with our children to ensure they hold meaning for everyone and that we live them every day:
