Reading with your child

There are so many great books available these days that it can be hard to know where to start when it comes to choosing one for your child.

Our literacy leaders have put together these reading spine documents with suggested and recommended books for children to read by year group. Some will be covered in our literacy curriculum so children will read them in school, but many won’t be. They have included a summary of each book too.
